We already knew the Action Group gay and lesbian Loiret, for his actions STI AIDS prevention conducted on the ground since 8 years, places of meeting of the Greater Orléans.

One knows less its promotion of gay health towards homosexual (the) s, bi and trans. Indeed, Gagli 45, there are men and women who care about the well-being of youth, so young, parents who have questions around current social issues related to homosexuality, homophobia , Loneliness and isolation, suicide.

For 2 years, volunteers work with the association of professionals, form the helping relationship to be more likely to listen, to inform people who come to them, anonymously, the permanent home and listening and by telephone. A strong partnership with a national association is also established: SOS HOMOPHOBIA accompanies teams Gagli in their project.

It is a desire to speak, one would say the violence suffered at work and at school, a desire to break the isolation, an issue on sexuality, information on activities and more generally an information search on health that lead Gagli volunteers to guide people to places resources associations.

They also intend to organize full week, the second Thursday of the month, aperitifs friendly (Hours gay) to break isolation and promote exchanges in a café in the city.

Action Group for Gay and Lesbian Loiret, the stakes are high Since in this action, its President, wishes to participate actively in the life of the city and respond to public health. Homophobia and suicide are a central concern of this association with a department.

In France, young homosexuals were thirteen times more likely to attempt suicide than heterosexual youth.
