Knados When teenagers want to quit smoking!

stop smoking The Apléat, especially its program Knados, proposes the establishment of a support group for smoking cessation for adolescents. These are mixed groups (4 girls already enrolled) youth under 23 that:

Green Chip Understand
Green Chip Motivating change
Green Chip Prepare stopping
Green Chip Establish a plan for stopping
Green Chip Know what to expect after stopping

This group will consist of 10 to 15 young people, led by two Speakers in addictologie in 'The Station', located at 4 rue the old currency in Orleans.
These last five sessions of one hour.

Orange Bullet Wednesday, March 14 to Wednesday April 4 2007, from 16.30 to 17.45.
